✨ feat(sub-store): update app version to 2.20.48 and add http-meta variant ...

- update new version 2.20.48
- add new 2.20.48-http-meta
- remove 'latest' version
- update environment variable name from SUB_STORE_CRON to SUB_STORE_BACKEND_SYNC_CRON in docker-compose
- update documentation URL in main data.yml file
